Our Story
In 2025, Falcon Processing acquired the Abbeville, Louisiana assets from Vertex Energy Inc. Vertex had acquired the facility in 2022 from Bodin Oil and operated it as H&H Oil Recovery Services. Originally founded in 1984 by Keith Bodin, Bodin Oil built a longstanding reputation as a respected leader in used oil processing.
Today, Falcon Processing operates a facility with more than 100,000 barrels of tank capacity and a proprietary process designed to recover value from used oil and distressed hydrocarbon streams. The company is equipped to process a broad range of fuel oil products and supports its operations with an integrated logistics network that includes a fleet of company-owned tractors and trailers.
